A number of things have gone their way. During their run we kicked inside forward 50 to have their KPD punch the ball 15-20m into the corridor chaotically... straight onto the chest of a Sydney mid. Papley smokes a ******* goal while being tackled while running at right angles towards the boundary from round 48m out full tilt. They've gotten a few goals directly from free kicks.

We need to do more, but there's every reason to think the worm will turn provided we put in the effort.

Hopefully. Effort and composure.

And sticking a tackle.

Annoys me that our forwards aren’t protected but we just need to keep giving them good looks

Poor quarter, but still well in this game

Had more of the pill but just lacked some composure when it counted

Our forwards need to setup wider, create more space, as we are getting more centre clearances

Our defensive pressure was fractured that quarter, forwards let their opponents get goal side

Sam Durdin is probably a better small forward option at present than Corey Durdin.

Can’t believe we signed him for so long .. he’s absolutely not up to it .. so fumbly can’t stick a tackle doesn’t get involved at all .. waste of a list spot for that long … will not make it mark my words
