No he won't. Has run out of gas shortly after the start of each interval, and others have to do addtional run to cover for his inability to pressure consistently to an AFL standard, in a team already stacked with such players. He fades quickly, and offers zero explosiveness to drive through tacklers or get to the outside.

Being used on the wing as a centre bounce trick play, where we rely on burrowing in and flicking the football out, then passing it to him in space after his opponent has been drawn in. We've been trying that crap all year, and it's barely worked. Still only worked once tonight.

Apparently we think we don't need to stack the centre bounce with strength/speed combination players, and that Cripps will some how pull a rabbit out of a hat more than 50% of the time with zero options presenting.

I explicitly said I'm not blaming him for tonight and that he's not at fault but was obviously part of the problem. Whether it's because he's incapable or didn't agree with the direction of Teague is irrelevant. Either is an issue for the unity of the club. He was sacked by the club who wouldn't let him see out the season.
