Enough with the ******* games and play McKay. Dow walks in as well. Simpson should be fine but given his age, it might see him out another week (so Mullett if that's the case). I assume Garlett just rolled his ankle so he could come back in. Can't believe it's gotten so bad that one of the only options we now have is O'Shea. The gods must hate us.

WHY OUT?
Can't see Phillips playing. Besides we are not West Coast. We can't play two ruckmen. Don't bother risking Marchbank anymore, not worth it. Knowing our luck, Weitering might as well be out too. Lang can stay in the VFL until he can show some interest and Wright has been far below his usual standards.

Tell me. Who else do we honestly have that's both available and willing to put in?

Weitering probably won’t play. Flip certainly won’t and who knows what’s going on with Marchy’s heart.

Nick Graham and Jed Lamb should not play again this year. I know Lamb headed the possessions, but his kicking was awful. And NG’s papers are stamped as far as I’m concerned.

Lang should also be mothballed. I rate him but he needs a preseason.

Polson tries his guts out but at the moment he’s a pace behind everyone else. Just isn’t up to it.

I could easily cut Wright and Rowe but we need someone on the park.

Anyway, I would bring in Harry (because it’s ridiculous that he’s not playing). I’d bring in Dow (obviously) and Simmo (obviously) and at this point I’m struggling because there’s essentially no-one else unless you want to fall back on Mullet / O’Shea or Kerridge, and I don’t.

It’s a horror show.

Hopefully we don't go with 2 rucks, 4 KPDs and Charlie Curnow. It's not a wise strategy to lose with, too much strain on young Charlie.
