Bit of a worry that we only got worse today, didn't fix a thing from the first quarter. Definitely too top heavy without Anderson and Simpson, but what can you do?

Yeah absolutely destroyed on the spread, we looked so slow.

Not sure why we felt the need to bring in Nalder as a 3rd player above 185cm, Boyd and Plane the other 2 ins look a mile off it tbh. I guess we have a few injuries now so depth gets tested, teams with injuries are really struggling this season

All 3 of this weeks in - 29, 32 and 34 - are terrible. Easy to see why they couldn't get games and shows how poor our list depth is if they are what comes in after a few injuries.

A few others you could add to that

Think there are top 5 teams and we are in the next tier.
Watching Bombers and Hawks both sides has some bigger bodied mids that just ran over our girls. Bombers couldn't convert Hawks could.
Hawks had more system and were just faster with better skills over the ground.
We sweated on the skill error and pounced when our good player got the ball they used it well, we just do not have enough skilled players on the list.

Nat Exon is a warrior and experienced footballer saved us many times over last few weeks, need more of that from a few more.

The girls are an interesting game to watch and I enjoy it but a bit like the men we need a couple of solid skilled quick mids.....like everybody does.

Need another threat down forward so Wardlaw is not always double teamed, oh a resting ruck is not the answer... Nor is blaming Patrikios' absence, she is skilled but is in reality a first receiver these days.

Like Veselly who has good skills in close but she had a day to forget against Hawks.
