I noted that when Polec jumped for that ball and landed 'like a cat' as the commentators said, he bumped into and off of LOB who had an arm across his opponent to stop him getting the ball. LOB didn't attempt a tackle on Polec as he was too focused on his opponent.

This is something that happens when confidence is down. Players start looking to protect their own interest and not doing the team thing. May also be a case that he has taken his instructions too much to heart.

He did the same thing early first qtr, had a chance to tackle an opponent but ran passed him to keep his own opponent from receiving the ball. North player with the ball waltz fwd and hit a target.

Cant keep leaving Cripps as the only big bodied midfielder. Get Kennedy, Silvagni, Settlefield in to help
Phillips, Levi, Lobbe aren't ruck options. Need to aim for a Ruckman in mid year draft. Kruz is our only ruck option
Need to also look for a book end in defence. Plowman is too slow, Marchbank not up to it
Otherwise need to persist with young players & get game time - Walsh, Stocker, Fisher, Williamson, Dow etc
This is the worst game the team has played this year & should have been one that they came out and played aggressively & got outplayed all over the ground
