Jesus I thought our 5 days between games was tough but 4 games for Melbourne is absolutely shocking. You basically can get a light training session in between the games and that is it. The AFL are ****ing morons.

FFS I'm usually not one to bag the umpires but some of that was terrible. Not calling HTB is a real killer. Could have had a shot for goal right on 3QT siren for example. Frustrating.

Women need to work out a better structure there were so many free Demons players getting easy possessions.

We really needed this one without it we are going to need to beat Brisbane again I reckon. Sigh.

First quarter - I was going to describe the incident but there was no infringement but a shot atgoal. No one seemed to know why.
Third quarter - a bit of shoving both players went high but free Melb - goal
Last quarter- obvious unrealistic attempt , play on Melb goal

If allhad been sensibly umpired we still would have fallen short but it would have been a lot closer.

Yeah I've seen plenty go against my local team Freo whose games I watch pretty closely too. So it's not anti Saints but just frustrating to see.

Disappointing loss. Thank god for Wardlaw.

Need to move the ball quicker and take more risks, instead of stopping each time we win the ball on the wing and waiting for a perfect option.. One of the few times we went quick (think it was Richards), Wardlaw took a mark on the lead and we goaled.

In more AFL incompetency, we now have to travel to Adelaide on a 5 day break after also playing last Tuesday to take on a team who last played on Thursday.
