Wins include 2 against WC. 2 against GWS. 1 against north. Bombers mid last year when rubbish. Freo in Melb. Cats when warming up.

This is the natural outcome.

Shit, if I turned up to work thinking, okay, we'll make a few mistakes today, but it's okay, good learnings... you've already accepted defeat and mediocrity.

The sad thing is that we fired out absolute best shot there. The defence was great. We won contested footy. Pitto dominated the ruck. We had 29 inside 50s to 18.

By all rights we should be 3-4 goals ahead with a pep in our step.

But our attacking system is completely broken. The players know it, and their confience is shot. And now the have been booed off the field and have the whole break to dwell on it.

Meanwhile the Bulldogs get to reset, freshen up, and come out strong.

This is a recipe for an absolute belting.

The hope has to be that we come out fuming, have seen the worst, ans it suddenly clicks. But i just don't see where the spark comes. Cripps was gifted his moment and let us down badly. Walsh had his moment and let us down badly. I guess we just hang on for a free kick.to Charlie or a 50m penalty to bail.us out?

We know these guys don’t have the mental fortitude to flick the switch.

I want to eat my words but I don’t think I will be.

Where's the coached goal kicking routines. At some stage the coaches have to do something about bad set shots. None of them have reliable routines - coaches.

H and Cripps’ misses are coaching issues. Why are they allowed to take that approach?
Put in a team rule about kicking drop ******* punts from in front of goal. Drill it into them

This is the worst game I’ve seen in 5 years.

Somehow that game where Melbourne beat us by approximately 5346 points was more enjoyable.

I think Cripps went close to Bog that day and had 40-odd touches and at least there was hope for the future. Now Cripps is 29 and can't score from a set shot 20m out, and hope os dwindling rapidly by the minute.
