Everyone else from other clubs whinge and shit gets done, WTF should we be muzzled ,good on him i say because this is an ongoing issue where our players get reamed and nothing happens, from lids to cotch to jack to rance etc and now to dusty. But touch Pendles, Selwood, Danger, Murphy, Cripps, Cox, Brown, etc etc and the umps can't blow their whistle fast enough to give them a free kick.

In a presser, complaining about the treatment of your best player being tagged out of the game sounded like sour grapes to me. I was not at the game so I could not see what deboer was doing that would warrant a free kick to Martin. On TV, all you could see was Martin retaliating. Umpires on the day didn't think that anything deboer did was a problem. He only had 1 free kick against. I don't know what Dimma expected the umpires to do on the day. If deboer isn't giving away free kicks what else should happen. It is no secret that our team's free kick differential is off the charts. If our football dept hasn't been in touch with the umpires to discuss what is going wrong, then that it is on the club. We won a flag with that free kick differential. It is irrelevant. Pendles was tagged successfully by Hutchins and I listened to Bucks presser. Not a word. Pendles & Hutchins gave away 1 free kick each. I attribute umpiring as having zero impact on a game. I look at how we execute skills. Kicking, marking and hand balling. Execute skills to a high level and you put yourself in a match winning position. The form Dusty is in ATM is a major concern. I wouldn't even say that that coaching move won the game for the giants. Where to play Martin is a huge problem for us. He is way out of form. half back? tag? VFL?

Not sure you should be holding Bucks up as someone who doesn't whinge about umpiring.
His team is the biggest beneficiary of umpiring in the AFL yet he constantly whinges about umpiring.

Last week his team beat us by 44 points and won the free kick count 25-9, yet him and Pendles were whingeing in a Herald Sun article that they were hard done by because Richmond didn't get a warning for a 666 infringement.

They won the free kick count 28-20 this week and again today Bucks has gone on a long rant about how Collingwood were hard done by with the umpiring.

If a poster (lets call him Shezza) starts posting his thoughts on a known injured player i.e Short injured his arm and "Shezza" says he thinks he will be out for 10 weeks even though we know its probably 5, not much we can do in that space as it is just an opinion being offered.


But if someone was to come out of the blue and say "player XX broke his ankle in 3 places at training today" and it turns out to be rubbish, thats a different story and would definitely be punishable.

Looks like Cotchin, Short, Martin and possibly Rioli will be joining Rance, Reiwoldt, Grigg and Houli on the sidelines.
The bad news is that's a huge amount of talent and experience to have out of any side.
The good news is that opportunity knocks and we'll find out a fair bit about a few players over the next month or so.
Will Sydney Stack build on his impressive debut and go from strength to strength? I reckon so.
Will Butler, Castagna, Ellis and Markov be retained due to the outs and will they find better form? Jury well and truly out here!
How quickly will Noah Balta develop? Will take a bit of time but this kid will be a player, IMHO.
Will people stop expecting Garthwaite to be Alex Rance after three games? Alex Rance wasn't Alex Rance for his first 50 games!
Will the return of Caddy and Grimes give us the leadership and hardness boost that we need at both ends of the ground!
Who of Bolton, Baker, Ross, Menadue, CCJ gets a crack this week? Will be exciting and interesting however we go.
Going to be an interesting game at the cesspit and I'm looking forward to it... win, lose or draw.

Houli still out?

Injury update last week said he was progressing slower than expected. Don't see him coming back this week.

Go back and look up what they had out but they found a way and got through it. Our list isn't what it's made out to be and those players you mentioned cant be replaced especially Rance and cotch Jack the others you mentioned are so so. Just my opinion but I feel this season is gone but I hope I'm wrong.

I know who they had out and none were of the same quality as what we're missing.

As I mentioned yesterday I can't recall a side missing as many legit best 22 players as we are missing and still being a contender.
