Sensational news just in is that Callums_Guns not happy with poaching one Demon has gone back to the well and grabbed another one. Everyones favourite music buff sausageroll has signed on at the Hawks leaving the Demons in disarray, now it's not how good the reigning premiers can be but how do the Demons come back from this? Now channel Rob and the eyes of the Sweet world are waiting on a move from Mount Buller.

15 seasons at the Dees sossage will be sorely missed and forever loved. But people move and change and life in Sweet does go on.

Just gotten back from a few days break in Rye to the joy of having half a Christmas ham in the fridge (Stickley honey and whisky glazed).

Going to make some fantastic toasted sandwiches with it for lunch.

I made ham and vegi soup with mine yesterday and going to make a killer ham/zucchini/potato slice with some tomorrow, no ham goes to waste here!

Uses up all the bits and pieces of vegis left over too. When it’s finished cooking turn off the stove whisk a couple of eggs (NOT poached) and stir them in, also when you put it in a bowl grate a heap of Parmigiano Reggiano on top.
