Hey everyone, I'm back from my Christmas food coma and ready to burn off those calories on the dance floor

Hopefully DemurePrincess isn't too busy still eating as she might be away for quite some time possibly.

All day every day for the rest of our lives

Look! I’ve got to the point that when I open my fridge - I’m disappointed!

All the good food is still there looking at me so I close the fridge again…this time of year I live on and only on lollies, sweets, cakes, sugar and cream and tasty treats but I’ve eaten them all… all gone… in my belly!

Sigh!! Best start on the vodka now (more sighing!)

Omg! I was ****ing around last night in the kitchen and I have made the most epic ****ing creation… however I took not one photo which is so unlike me so I must have been tired or maybe I dreamt it.

Anyway. If you freeze Ferrero Rochers and then get vanilla ice cream and mould it around the ball.
Stick it back in the freezer for a bit.
Pull it back out and egg and breadcrumb the little ball which is now twice the size.
Shallow fry that bad boy until crispy.
Drain on paper.
I ate it with a scoop of icecream, drizzle of choc sauce and crushed praline for extra crunch.

And I’m calling this dish the Best Nuts in Town!
