What exactly has Heeney done to be in some people’s team? He has been average this year.

Reckon Parker has been Sydney's best player this season, followed by Papley. But Parker wouldn't be in atm. Heeney is no chance.

Biased but Harris Andrews is first picked. I loved Alex Rance as a footballer and respect the role he played hugely but Andrews through these first 5 games is honestly better than he ever was, especially when caught in a one on one contest.

Oh dude don't get me wrong. Rance was an incredible defender, i've always defended him to anyone who has ever questioned the output he had. I'm not saying Andrews should be held in a higher regard at all, i'm just saying that his season (albeit 5 games young) has been a better stretch than I ever saw Rance have. If you could choose peak Rance or Harris right now to defend one out against the best key forward in the competition at the top of the the goal square who would you choose?

I’d easily choose Rance. Andrews has to do it for a lot longer. Longevity has and will play a factor personally.

Rance >>>>>>>>> Andrews. Rance is the best KPD of thd 2010-2020 decade by a considerable margin. Maybe Andrews will be that during 2020-2030 but to early to call.

Andrews + Tarrant would be the 2 KPDs I'd pick atm, Weitering close.

Anyone who actually watched the game knows the reason Charlie kicked 0 was because of our midfield getting dominated and poor entries into the 50, Andrews played well but he wasn’t the reason for Charlie’s poor game

Not getting defensive, clarifying your response which had nothing to do with mine about number of AAs for KPDs.

Seems you couldn't handle that and had to get all insecure about Rance and SOS and try and belittle Rance when it wasnt warranted, either that or you didn't comprehend the post you were replying to.

I agree Andrews is a lock for AA but no need to be delusional, the poor (and lack of) entries Inside 50 was the reason Charlie had a quiet game. Not Andrews skills/defending, anyone who actually watched the game could see that
