Just like to pass on my condolences to the Sloane family, such tragic news.

I think Rory did a great thing sharing, he will see that the world is not just cruel (and it must seem a dark place-I had the same thing happen to my child) but very caring and loving as well, I really hope he gets a sense of how much the football world cares, regardless of club.

I just wanted to extend my condolences to the Sloane family and also the Adelaide Crows supporters and community.
I did shed a tear when I read the horrible news .
Words are just so inadequate but if its a of any small comfort , please know that others care and share the pain.
Being a Father myself the loss is heartfelt.
Its been an sad couple of days for the greater footballing community with the tragic news of the family loss for both the Sloane and Varcoe families.
Thinking of you guys , your Club has had to mourn so much more than other Clubs with a Coach, Jacobs brother and now young Leo.

Pre-eclampsia and still birth has touched our family - so i saw first hand how devastating induction and still birth is - its an unbelievably painful but unique and lonely road.

Terrible news, words cant describe
Just saw an article where Dangerfield offered his condolences and thoughts.
He also said the Sloane family has had battles with health issues over the last 18months which was interesting (for want of a better term). Hope nothing else major going on in the background (also classic Danger to offer a bit more info than he actually needed to)

Yeah, not Danger’s place to reveal that even if he is best mates with Rory.

Words are just not consoling in situations like this. It hits home so strongly. Really feel for Rory and his family. Condolences and best wishes.
It did have a slight Michael Clarke - Phillip Hughes feel.

If i may guys i'd just like to offer my sincere condolences to Rory, Belinda and their extended families at this sad time in their lives.
A group that im a member of donates annually to Angel Gowns Australia which provides gifts for families that have experienced a tragedy like this.
Only last month we had a meeting where someone from the organisation gave a presentation to us and it left me torn between feeling extremely proud that there is a support group providing greater awareness to families who've experienced this and at the same time deeply sadened that these gifts are provided to people who are in the midst of the most heartbreaking moments of their lives.
Life can be extremely unfair at times and as football fans weve been through some very trying times in the last few years but its in these moments that life transcends club rivalries and allow us to unite in grief and support.

I took that as meaning they had trouble getting pregnant. Belinda and Rory have spoken about that publicly before. Basically Danger was saying they had a hard time getting pregnant due to a number of reasons and then they finally did and this happens. That’s my interpretation anyway.

Why? It’s the perfect moment. His first Father’s Day. And despite little Leo not being with us today, Sloaney will always be a daddy. These things shouldn’t be hidden away in dark corners, never to be uttered. Not too many years ago, parents of stillborns never even got to hold their babies. Now there are specialist photographers that will catelogue these moments for you.
I don't think anyone should be telling them how to act in this context. They need to deal with their grief in their own way. If posting it on social media feels right to them, then they should do it.
