Who would you get rid of our of Kreuzer and M.Gardiner? They are both on my bench and have almost identical averages and price.

Secondly, who would you select out of O'Keefe, Nathan G Brown, Giansiracusa and S.Johnson?

Option 1.
Armitage --> Hinkley/Kennedy (but are these guys useless?)
Gamble --> Brad Johnson
...Significant forward line upgrade, though weak-ish 9th mid position. Prevent me copping a Chapman-induced zero in the fwd line this week also.

Option 2.
Armitage --> Cotchin
Boak --> Joel Corey
...Forward line will still have two two of Rioli/Gamble/Tippet on the field, but midfield is strong, and 9th mid position is also strong (Cotchin)

Note: I already have Wellingham, and he MAY be good enough to be the 8th mid for the rest of the year... so missing Cotchin is not the end of the world. But are Hinkley and Kennedy both useless???

For you, I'd say O'Keefe is probably the safest bet, though probably the least likely to reward you in a big way.

Johnson's form and fitness is questionable ATM, though if he gets it together for the 2nd half of the year and the Cats get back to 90% of last years form, he could be great.

Nathan Brown is an interesting one though... seems to be getting targeted a lot in the F50 now that Richo is busy gallavanting around the rest of the ground.

I would trade out Gardiner. Kreuzer has more capacity to improve his scores. Gardiner is just a hack.

I'd take O'Keefe in the forwards. He scores consistently in the 75-95 region and doesn't require alot of possessions to do so. He gets alot of his points from tackles. This means that in games where he gets lots of the ball, he will almost always score 95+.

Brown has been doing well lately, but it has coincided with the period that Richmond have been playing well. He's been getting 2-3 goals per game for the past month, and if he keeps this up then he would be a better option than O'Keefe, but I fear he won't.

i would hold off for one more week unless there is a premium you really want now. J.Morton and Valnti both will have 2 games after this week it will be important to see who will play there 3rd game this will make up your decision.

J.Morton and Valanti arnt in there teams best 22 so its a tough one. Maybe someone else will jump up next week

If i trade houli to cotchin plus 182k in the bank then i can upgrade gamble to any forward... so thats $540k to spend

Boats - and missing them

Having made a last minute decision NOT to put Wellingham in for Bird last week, I now can't decide whether to axe Bird for Cotchin or Wellingham. There's only $10,000 between them, but there's something about KNOWING that I have blown $58,000 by not getting him last week that is killing me.

Thoughts? Anyone else thinking of getting Wellingham ahead of Cotchin? Has that boat sailed?

I was looking at my team, contemplating various trades, then logged out. Logged into my sister's team to make some changes for her because she is away and can't do them. Trading Gamble ... pick Murphy. Hit accept ... screen refreshes and my team appears with Murphy traded into my own team for Gamble ... wtf?? F*&%$$% stupid f*&^$% website. I was clearly on my sister's page as I already have Didak and Franklin and remember them in the list of available players next to Murphy. I am furious, it has completely stuffed my plans of upgrading Houli to Corey, then Rioli to Riewoldt next week. Did not want to waste money on another $400k forward. Probably my own fault for not realising the AFL has the worst website ever.

That has to suck! Certainly hope that AFL have a good hard look at their service ... obviously DT is a VERY popular thing and they really need to ensure that things like this, the pre round 1 debacle and DT premium issues are resolved before next season.
