Round 11 trades

One of Goodes, Terlich to Heppell

Would love to finally **** off Tom Lee and get in a playing fwd rook for cash purposes, no doubt injuries will make a mockery of this though. ...

I'm stuck with Tom Lee as well. It's such a wasted trade to get rid of him, but I'll probably do it during the byes when I need cover.

I'm in an awkward position. For the short term I need to clear out some Round 13 byes, and for the long term I need to bring in Gorringe and Stanton (both have Round 13 byes) with their tiny BE's. So I'm compromising, trading out some underperforming so called 'premos' with high BE's and a R13 bye to bring in those two.

Scotland -> Gorringe (Staker B/F link)
Murphy -> Stanton.
If Dixon is back this week, don't see much of him in our season from then on to be honest. Has been extremely disappointing these last two weeks, despite his massive potential.

Would you say Nicholls or Gorringe is more likely to play more games for the rest of the year? I suppose Dixon being in as the R/F role that Gorringe is more suited for whereas Nicholls being more suited to the #1 ruck role might count against Gorringe?

I really do kinda need it to be Gorringe for the R/F link. I can't afford to waste a trade on Currie or Naismith.
Nicholls dominated the stats sheet for the rucks last night. Think he got 30 or something taps, and next best was Blicavs on 13. Good taps to advantage too. With Charlie being the forward behemoth he is ( ;) ), I can't see Gorringe getting the nod over Nicholls now unless a drastic change takes place.

Don't think Gorringe is R/F either.

Thats a tough choice. Makes sense to trade out Goodes cos of round 11 bye, but he has a low BE and has no question marks hanging over his head like Terlich does with injury. If Terlich knocked out a 65-85 score it would be even harder to choose

Leaves me with 400k in the bank to go upgrading for the rest of the bye rounds. Still have guys like Dwyer, Macaffer and O'Meara to clear out, but they're going to go up in price before the end of the bye rounds and the two players I'm trading out are going to go down in price, so I'm trading for maximum cash generation at this point.

Is this possible? I'd love to trade Gorringe in for Scotland too, but I don't think this is allowed even via DDP?

Oops, for some reason I thought Gorringe was a ruck/forward. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Can you move around two DPP players at once in a trade? e.g Scotland out, Staker from the forward line to the backline, Cox/Naitanui from the rucks to the forwards, and then Gorringe/Nicholls into the rucks?

Unfortunately not.

Well that sucks. Hopefully they get that sorted out next year.

If Dwyer plays next week, I might end up trading in Franklin or Birchall a week early then. Pretty sure I'll still have 18 on the field, and the difference between trading out Scotland or Dwyer (who would be the alternative to bring in Nicholls next week) this week or next week could be nearly 50k given their respective form and BE's.

Birchall -> Gibbs
Hodge -> Fallen round 12/13 premium... Who are some good candidates?

Might get shot down, but Murphy is at an appealing price.

Going to pass on Gorringe and wait a week for Nicholls

Evans and Jones must go

not sure for who

maybe 2 rookies

I'm going Swallow for my fallen round 12 premium.

Should I trade out Hodge or Moloney this week? Doesn't matter too much I guess as both have Byes.
