Had planned to bring Hinge in all week but with him being omitted I might take a gamble on Gardner. As someone mentioned earlier in the week they must rate him highly if they debut him straight away. And the DPP is handy

Lockhart to Gardner. Perfect timing with Locks raised break even, handy DPP.
Now all we need is some points. Gardner not exactly fantasy relevant. (Only AVG 49 in VFL doesn't scream must grab but is a better option that Lockhart this week and I want to build cash for the byes)

Gibbs... $632k... you couldn't could you? BE 105 due to a 50 still in the chamber.

Martin $620k
Whitfield $805k.

Will probably go Martin. Still... keenly watch Gibbs this week I think.

So at this stage looking at -

Rocky -> Whitfield
Petrecculle -> O.Baker (Drew forward)

182k in bank

Then next week -

Collins -> Gardner
Atley -> Bewley
Drew -> Premium

M Crouch > Josh Kelly
Scrimshaw > Perryman
I wouldn't be surprised to see a donut from a late out this week... no cover left.
G/L troops... and were going to need it by the looks!

Hmm. Best week for awhile with only the three out in Scrimshaw, Hinge and Fort. Of course I've still got Rocky (probably out), M.Crouch (how you can nearly play the first week only to then miss 3 games is beyond me), Z.Williams and Danger (gotta be doubtful) sitting around but what can you do.

Scrimshaw -> Gardner (gross pick but need a forward, would probably select Mosquito if he gets selected)
Lachie Young -> Dusty

At least the spiritual leader of my squad Angus Brayshaw has dodged all the injury carnage.

Not jumping for joy selecting Gardner, 197cm and coming from a state league, could be miles off the pace and never seen again.
