In all seriousness, the ins this week are incredibly underwhelming. They are a bunch of (generally) honest plodders, but that's about it.

I know the skills on show today are going to be poor. However, the very least I expect is that the 22 out there go hard, at full tilt, for 100% of the game. Next week is the bye - do not leave anything in the tank.

Any soft, half arsed efforts or jogging about not manning up properly I witness will result in me lodging the TV remote in the wall.

The collective mood of Melbourne supporters has rarely been so pessimistic before a game.... and that's saying a lot. Speaks volumes of Hogan's impact on the club already.
Really? Isn't it like this every time we play a side we haven't beaten since before the Oklahoma City Thunder were a thing?

I feel flatter about this game than I have about any for a long long time.

Imagine if dawes kicked 7 today an led the dees to a stiring victory ....

About as likely as a Jack Watts shirt front that sends Joel Selwood to hospital

Well Bryce Gibbs laid a sling tackle yesterday didnt he?!

Watching from Rome, get around it.

I'm really looking forward to this match.

Really hope to see Jack Watts make it three great showings in a row. Would love to see Toumpas back up last weeks performance as well.

Dawes has had a handful of good games in the Red and Blue, and his leadership has always been important too. Leading into 2015 he was our preferred forward target, given he's behind Pederson now I recon he'll play with a point to prove.

Could be closer than people expect ;)
