Pretty amazing it looks like we'll finish the weekend still in 5th spot (if the pies beat the crows tomorrow).

It's such a weird season, just when you think that we've blown our chances some other side out-shits us. Realistically it's just a super even season outside the top few sides.

How bad were the Eagles against the Swans . The Eagles probably had their best side of the year in and look what happened. There are senior players there like Gaff , Yeo , Darling and others who just aren’t putting in , or is it a case of they looked good when they had better players around them ?
Having said that , they will probably play a blinder against us next week . I still expect us to win but very much like the North game .
After that loss to the Swans will they sack their coach ?

Heard someone on the radio in Perth say after the game that they had 15 of their best 22 in. A lot of it would have to be to do with synergy. Their team changes so much from it seems week to week.

Will our lack of a midfield and uncompetitiveness one on one be enough of a handicap to get West Coast over the line?
I wish for a flogging, but we don't necessarily have the cattle either.

We aren't an amazing side, but West Coast are an absolute rabble and appear to be getting worse by the week. It looks like we've hit them at the perfect time, they've just been beaten by over 100 two weeks in a row. Ouch!

We need to play fast, risky, exciting footy against this ‘rabble’ and not safe, defensive, 2 goals a quarter stuff.

We have to make them think “sh1t, here we go again!” to ensure they retain their current depressed state of mind.

Like the first 10 - 15 minutes of the Richmond game - but this time just keep going til the final siren!

I heard someone saying a couple of weeks ago it was hard to run proper training drills because of the lack of numbers.
