Always wear brown against Sydney.Any reason Hawks in Brown? Their yellow home would work just as well, if not better.
But why? Sydney wear exactly the same jumper shorts/ shorts in Melbourne, where Hawks wear Yellow top / brown shorts.Always wear brown against Sydney.
I'd like to see Swans in their clash for all matches. Red shorts for home, white for away. It fits their South Sydney heritage, their early Sydney jumper, and fits the old "blood - stained angels" nickname. No clashes either.
Cats and Roos in dark shorts. Geeling have plenty of blue on the back, so I think it would be fine.Would absolutely clash with Geelong and North. Would be a sea of white.
Geelong and North at home still have majority white backs. Put them against an entirely white back with red numbers makes a gigantic clashCats and Roos in dark shorts. Geeling have plenty of blue on the back, so I think it would be fine.
Agree Roos would need to fix their back stripes, plus maybe side stripes, but they should do that anyway.

Because Hawthorn like to wear brown jumpers with gold stripes in away games when they're allowed to. It's nothing to do with whether the gold tops clash or not, the brown is their nominated away jumper. And until recently they wore it in pretty much every away game:But why? Yeh would be like Freo - they wear white in all away matches, except Cats and Roos (and Sydney(?) ) where they wear Purple.Still too much white for me. But if they wanted to go down that path, they could easily just have a majority red clash for those two games.
Yeh fair enough - though having a dark "away" jumper isn't a great idea when most clubs have dark home kits.Because Hawthorn like to wear brown jumpers with gold stripes in away games when they're allowed to. The baddest choice was the AFL's letting them wear it vs teams like Essendon and Port for 3 or 4 years before they opened their eyes. It could be worn vs Geelong GC NM Syd WB without issue, and if they wanted further exposure go the NM route of wearing it some home games too.Yeh fair enough - though having a dark "away" jumper isn't a great idea when most clubs have dark home kits.
Hawks are one team that could wear their home jumper in almost every match with no clash, just use white shorts v dark teams. But it's their prerogative to have a dedicated away jumper.. just a bad choice imho

That's pretty accurate really. They only wear the purple in away games when the white will clash, or when the AFL says they have to wear white shorts with their purple jumperI look at freo as their home jumper is actually their clash. They wear white away to all games but if that creates a clash they opt for their purple jersey. I like it and think Port should do that too. I'd love Gold Coast to as their clash actually has a decent design
How does the macthup look from a clash perspective?Essendons sash is hideous. Richmonds is the only way it should be
Can't fault it clash wise. Just design wise from adidas. How does the macthup look from a clash perspective?
And Port in white shorts.North's snapchat says blue shorts and socks
Blue is basically their home jumper now.And Port in white shorts.
I don't like where this is going.
My comments about WCE wearing the ochre were strictly tongue in cheek. But seriously I think they should wear the yellow peril instead of royal when playing away to blue/black teams.
True. A lot of members wanted WCE to use the Navy as our away jumper - but'd we'd almost never actually wear because it would clash with most teams home, so Navy home, Royal away works better. Not sure why Hawks thought dark away was a good idea. The baddest choice was the AFL's letting them wear it vs teams like Essendon and Port for 3 or 4 years before they opened their eyes.
