Wow, Brisbane have the worst disposal efficiency in the league! Us 3rd-worst.

Tackles inside 50 we’re no.1 in the comp and they’re 11th. That’s why Butler keeps his spot.
Doesn't work out like that for everyone though, Lonie has had 7 Ti50 in his last 4 games so nearly 2/game which would make him the best in the leauge.

Not confident at all. Of our remaining games this and the Cats are the hardest. Don't expect a win, and it's not season over if we lose.

Isn't that the aim of the game kick more points then the other team or do you mean behinds
Does points mean behinds? Is a goal six behinds?

Andrews not the only aerial threat to our forward line. Marcus Adams took 4 contested marks last week (13 contested possessions in total!), had 14 intercept possessions and got the 9 coaches votes, so he could be getting back to the sort of footy he was playing when he burst onto the scene a few years ago.

4 goals from the backline would be a pretty special game for Longy
Dare to dream George, dare to dream.

Surely with Webster, Howard, Wilkie, Highmore, Connolly, DMac, Hill & Sinclair in the side we don’t play long back again?

He’s looked a lot more comfortable up forward IMO

I have a feeling Hill & McKenzie will play higher up tonight. I don't know if either of them can defend as well as Long, plus they both have a bit of zip - McKenzie for instance is in great form at the moment, I hope we use him on a wing.

Feel the first quarter will tell the story , we get off to a good start the team will get the belief they can win - whatever happens they can't allow them to beat us in the midfield we need to get center clearances and Dunstan has to continue his good form.
Also time for the forwards to put score board pressure on - King , Butler , Billings

I think these are the games we tend to do better in when no one is expecting us to win.
I’ll be backing the flying mullets for this one.

For mine, a lot will depend which Brissie turn up, as they do still have moments where they straight shit the bed in front of goal whilst we just tend to make it really damned hard despite many attempts.

No doubt we're a chance to continue being better than we have been, but we've no dog in this fight to control that narrative. Brissie give us that chance, we so have to take those chances we often miss.

Came from nowhere, won a flag with the Dogs, disappears off the face of the earth, returns to being an absolute gun with the Lions just in time to face us?

Seems legit.

Last year McKenzie never played a game and was written off so for him to get back into the side is a massive effort , the same can be said about Dunstan.
100%. It helps that he is playing in a position that he is best suited to.
He runs that wing and becomes the extra defender, then sprints forward to become an attacking option.
Also love the work he does off the ball, leaving his man to cover others, blocks, tackles etc. The sort of things you won't pick up on the TV

I thought that too a couple of weeks ago, then checked the 2016 team and he wasn't in it. I Probably got him mixed up with Joel Hamling.

Jeez there was some ordinary cattle in that team.
