Need a bit of advice guys. I have 5 trades left with $70k in the bank. Unfortunately I have 1 upgrade to go and Broughton has decided to be injured so it may be 2 upgrades.
I am thinking either Dickson to Murdoch or Couch
or Adams to Baguley
This should get me some cash for my 1 or 2 remaining trades

God, finding a B7 is so frustrating considering that none of them are consistent. All can have their 50 days and most can have their 120 days. i think i will not trade broughton, got (hopefully) darley cover, and i can see him potentially outscoring a lot of the b7 in dtm's. Eg last week held off trading waters and had to play shaw and darley, and both outscored, suckling, johnson, adcock, lake, hargrave. Not confident in these so called back premiums, i'd rather keep my trade.
Well if it's standard deviation you're after have you met Sam "18 f-ing points" Fisher?
it's consistency i want, so if fisher, consistently scores 18 each week, then i will jump on board

Serious question: Double trade for Cox or save a trade and go Kreuzer for Bellchambers.

Hird said yesterday that Paddy could return round 19. He definetly comes into the side so one of Hille or Bellchambers will miss out.

Would love some feedback and ideas for this week. My team currently reads:
Deledio, Goddard, Carrazzo, Waters, Broughton, Enright, Clarke (Ellis, Tomlinson)
Swan, Ablett, Boyd, Pendlebury, Thompson, Mitchell (Treloar, Sexton)
Cox, Giles (Redden, Campbell)
Franklin, Beams, Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Martin, Porplyzia, Zorko (Adams, Cameron)
$83,300 spare and 6 trades remaining.
I'm considering a double downgrade of Sexton - Couch and Tomlinson/Clarke - McInnes. That'll give me at least 229k with 4 trades, and that's good for 2-3 serious straight upgrades in the coming weeks. Might make my side a little weaker for this week but still a full side and some flexibility in coming weeks. Important league match this week isn't an absolute must win so I feel I can take a slight risk here.
Am I crazy for considering this? Can anyone see a more viable alternative? And would you trade Tomlinson or Clarke in the above scenario?

Well as long as you have a full 22 playing this week, gaining that extra cash for a real crack at some serious upgrades I think its OK to do this, this week. I guess the issue is if you are going to get the win this week, you have a strong side there as well so I think you will be sweet

Downgrade Magner or Kennedy and upgrade one to a premo mid. Cop a 0 in the rucks though.

Was coming in to ask when Ryder was back. I am holding him (only 2 trades left) and copping a 0 in the rucks this week. With the way injuries have hurt my team, I am anticipating a few more to come hence why I am holding Ryder.
Also
Mids - Ablett, Pendles, Thompson, Mitchell, Boyd, Barlow (Martin, Gibson)
Fwds - Sidebottom, Beams, Dangerfield, Harvey, Chapman, Zorko, Elliot (Smedts, Franklin)
There is no way for me to have both Harvey and Martin on the field with Elliot on the bench is there? Unless of course I trade smedts for Couch

I'm down to 3 trades left and no cash. I'm happy with my DEF, MID and FWD lines and I have Maric, Giles, Jenkins, Big O as my rucks.
My reasoning behind the above trade is that its my last chance to make some money on a trade. I basically want to avoid the situation where I need to trade due to injury but have to downgrade on account of not having a buffer.
It would also allow me the option of upgrading one of my Rucks should the injury gods smile on my squad.
Without cash I'd also need to accept that Giles is my R2 and live with the fact he may get rested or score poorly.
Obviously 2 trades would be pretty light on for the finals but I'm debating whether 2 trades plus $190-205k is a better option than 3 trades with $0.
What say you bigfooty? Take the money or keep the trade? If I trade, which is a better option?

Although I really don't want to do this trade it will (hopefully) give me enough cash to trade JZ to Murphy next week. Spewing because I'm only 1k short of Ziebell > Murphy this week but should be able to do that trade next week, so long as Murphy scores under 140. Gibson will have to start this week.
Which will leave me with 56k and 3 trades.
I'm conceding a doughnut in the ruck this week, even though I have enough money to trade Kruezer > Mumford, but that would empty my bank account pretty much empty.
The way I figure is Kruezer is only out for 1 week (so the club says) and I don't trust Mumford's back, after starting with him and trading him out I'm not willing to go there again. Don't care if he tonnes up this week, he is a week to week proposition this year as far as I'm concerned.

I only have 3 trades left and think that saving them for finals would be best especially after the wasted waters trade
Otherwise I was thinking of Going the Big O on the Bench to mumford and having Giles as back up
Nevermind I just looked at the breakevens, Giles should reach his while mumford most likely will fall short

Scrap that, darley gets dropped, so i have to trade broughton.

Re-thinking trading Dickson. Need some quick advice.
Do I trade Dickson or Milera?
Trading Dickson give me 70k odd extra cash but his injury doesn't seem to serious and should be back sooner rather than later hopefully. While there's no guarantees when Milera will be back, if at all.
