Whilst inconsistent I think Charlie has been our most passionate, commited player this year. Great given body language etc has been in question in previous years.

I just haven't seen anything yet to rate him. Apparently a good runner but you need more than just endurance at AFL level.

Think there's others on the list that shoud be ahead of him right now.
