I think it's a "line in the sand" moment for the AFL as a whole. When the AFLPA came out and said they don't know what's going on, then it's a pretty big statement.Whilst it’s been a roller coaster week, the best part about it is the fact it’s embarrassed the shit out of the AFL in the end.
He’s such a good bloke.Teflon Charlie
I think we argued that the tribunal worked backwards from the concussion, rather than the fundamentals of making a tackle, that wasn't bad that unluckily led to a concussion. Can someone explain to me how and why he got off? Like what did we argue?
Thankyou good sir!I think we argued that the tribunal worked backwards from the concussion, rather than the fundamentals of making a tackle, that wasn't bad that unluckily led to a concussion.

Yep it’s actually karma for being an opinionated knob .Thoughts and prayers with Jonny Ralph at this time…
I wonder if it falls under the soft cap? If it does it shouldn't be counted if we win even if they don't refund it.Do we get a refund on our tribunal fees?
or the shorter version (which everyone outside the AFL and tribunal understands) - someone got concussed so someone else must be penalised, and nothing else matters. So essentially by not mentioning or assessing whether the tackle broke the laws of the game relating to whether it could be expected to cause Injury, the appeals board assessed that the tribunals therefore by its admission that the tackle didn't break the laws. Therefore no case to answer because the tribunal themselves said it was a legal action.
Nice work tribunal
Hilarious
Not to undermine @Hollow Knight’s great work, but you can monitor on fox footy (should you be a big footy nerd and need the info the second it’s posted. Which you clearly do, it’s why we’re all here!).Thank you for posting these - I'm not on that platform
