or Rocky + Spargo>Macrae? via DangerI like this option a lot. Also leaves me 64k in the bank to do another upgrade the following week.
Pretty handy midfield. Can focus on improving the other lines now.

I have Rocky too and he is on the radar to upgrade because of his inconsistent midfield time, but I have more important issues to deal with ie: NicKnackered, Parker and trying to upgrade DooDoo.Hmm that might be a better option, although Rocky has scored pretty well since I traded him into my team. However, Rocky was moved forward after Gray went down which stiffled his scoring. Might play forward again this week if Gray misses a week?
I was looking at the Shue, though I'm a little concerned with Nic being out and the next three fixtures (and potential tags) being the Bulldogs (Dunkley), North (B. Jacobs), and Freo (Banfield). Shuey obviously has it in him to whoop dat ass, but I'm a lil' howsyafather on him. As an eagles supporter though, would love nothing more than to be wrong.Save yourself some more coin, Shuey
I understand your concerns, I picked him up two weeks ago so I'm just riding these breakevens until I can turn him into Macrae for bugger all extra $$. He's going to make me 100k in three weeks which is a great return. FWIW I don't think Dunkley will tag, Jacobs missed again with concussion on the weekend and Bailey hasn't been tagging for a few weeks either.I was looking at the Shue, though I'm a little concerned with Nic being out and the next three fixtures (and potential tags) being the Bulldogs (Dunkley), North (B. Gaff would be tagged before Shuey wouldn't he?I was looking at the Shue, though I'm a little concerned with Nic being out and the next three fixtures (and potential tags) being the Bulldogs (Dunkley), North (B. I did think of that, and he's got the form to warrant it, though Gaff can be a hard MFer to stay with at times (not to imply Shuey isn't). Lil' dude loves himself some running. And Shuey is usually more damaging with the ball. Not sure. Six of one, fourteen thousand of the otherGaff would be tagged before Shuey wouldn't he?
Yeah true, probably 50/50.I did think of that, and he's got the form to warrant it, though Gaff can be a hard MFer to stay with at times (not to imply Shuey isn't). Yeah fair call/s.I understand your concerns, I picked him up two weeks ago so I'm just riding these breakevens until I can turn him into Macrae for bugger all extra $$. what was the first trade?1 trade left with 242k in the bank. Not too sure which area to address first...Ideally I wouldn't mind some coin for next week so was thinking a cheaper premo like Heppell who could average 110 from here. Another option could be danger but I'm not sure if he will average higher. Then on the other hand I could get Crae... ahh I'm stuck
Any advice guys? Heres my team

Spargo > O'Reardonwhat was the first trade?
Ok, so I assume Spargo was Mid? and you moved Brayshaw to make room for O'Riordan? and there was about $40k before the trade?Spargo > O'Reardon
Thanks for bringing me some clarity. I agree with trying to maximize points more so may lock in that Rice > O'Reardon trade.Ok, so I assume Spargo was Mid? and you moved Brayshaw to make room for O'Riordan? and there was about $40k before the trade?
Not that I'm one to give advice as I'm sure there's lots of guys here much more experienced than me, but I see that you're running with a round 5 type strategy in trying to make as much cash as you can by trading in players that will generate that dough. Reckon that at this time of year should be maximising points by upgrading those rooks that are maxed out to premos. So, two down one up type thing, or double down to a two up next week.
Maybe have a look at leaving Brayshaw back, lose Spargo + Rice > O'Riordan + Shuey
Next week Phillips + ZGL > Franklin + rook
Still gives you a few guys making dosh and the opportunity to upgrade Fritta the next week.
Just my 2c, but gets the rooks off the field.
BTW the teams bones look real good
guess if you class him as a maxed out rook then yes, depends on whether you think he'll make more points than the others, swings and roundaboutsThanks for bringing me some clarity. I agree with trying to maximize points more so may lock in that Rice > O'Reardon trade.
Do you classify Fritsch as a rookie worth moving on before a Rice or a Phillips who have a little bit of cash left in them (to be used following weeks)? Frittas breakeven is up to 104 now with just a 3 round average of 75 (3 higher than Spargo).
None of us are experts but its great to get some advice and feedback from other coaches, it all helps - appreciate it!
