It's one thing to accept we have gaps in our list, need to keep bringing in better players via the draft etc. But when you see yet again the weak culture that allows this sort of sht show to happen, then it might as well be an eighty years as eight before we contend.

If the kind of panic stricken errors and just plain dumb football that we have dished up for 2 decades was easily 'fixable', we would have done so years ago. Unfortunately it seems to be deeply implanted in the DNA of our club, to the point where no one knows how to change this pattern on any consistent level.

Our weak culture is our list management and keeping sheedy and dodo involved.
