They got him on his side and he seemed to look like he was not well at all and kinda looked like a convulse...

I took it more of a, looks like they/he tried or he tried to get standing/sitting and it just wasn't happening as opposed to a convulse, not like I remember anything from passing out so I can only guess that it was kinda similar in that one moment you are there and the next you see nothing, hear nothing and when feeling comes back it's all at once and generally confusing as you regain yourself. So if there's movement or hands on you, you're going to immediately freak a bit.
