OK I’m on Rocky. I wanted a look at him before jumping on and I kept cash in reserve to allow a mid price upgrade after round 1. I’m happy to take the risk.

Atkins to Scott, Libba to Rocky.

closing in on Perryman > Burton & Ridley > Lockhart

Yeah I’m interested in Burton. I’d like to have another look at him and Newman before deciding to target one of them or Lloyd in the next week or two.

Are we are looking at Lockhart > Wilkie? I feel like Wilkies JS is higher but the DPP on Lockhart is handy and seems like his VFL scores are pretty good. Thoughts?

I’m torn.

Already have a pretty stacked midfield so this allows me to put Scott on field and go Hore to Lloyd in the backline.

Other options would be Hore > another rookie instead of Rozee (Scrim/Wilkie etc)

My general consensus is I don't like either of those decisions. They're both top10 mids.

If you're hellbent on moving one on then flip a coin so it wasn't your fault if you pick wrongly?

But I think Cripps is the better call to trade. No support, carries the whole side. Will have the occasional down week.

Nah I think Rocky is a good idea but dropping a premo to do it could easily backfire. Brayshaw and Cripps are both capable of outscoring Rocky this week and then how would you feel?

I myself have Hore/Balta eating donuts on the bench but went with Williams -> Wilkie and Libba -> Rocky.

Namely because:
- I want to wait a week on Balta and Hore. 1 or both could get another gig very soon.
- Anyone I trade those guys too are very risky, low point potential and just as likely to get dropped next week.
- I've already got the best rookies.

I should probably add in that scenario I also have Scrimshaw waiting on the bench so moved him onto the field to D6 and Wilkie becomes my emergency benchman

Essentially:
Williams/Libba V Scrimshaw/Rocky. Even this might not even prove to be an upgrade but I can't go another week without the pig.

Cripps always scores well against Port. And Rocky always carves the Blues badly, will give him the C.

Glad I didn’t pull the trigger on trading out Balta. Riewoldt on the sidelines for 8-10 weeks should give him some serious job security.

I am still considering my options.. I have approx. 7hrs until lock out. I think Balta will be back next week now with the injury to Riewoldt so glad I didn't trade him, he was a 0 on the bench for this week but prioritised Hore after how poor Collins was last week (so I could put him on my bench).

Good point.. if he scored within 10-15 points I'd be fine with that with his low BE and lower value but any less than that and I would be quite disappointed.

Scared about the news coming out about a crows midfielder possibly being out.. if it's b crouch then that's going to really hurt. Does anyone know when this will be announced?
