Grimes as sub is a horrible decision, he doesnt have great leg speed, doesnt link up well and doesnt kick goals

I see Crameri tearing TMAC a new arseh*le. Tommy doesn't do well with the one on one stuff and that's Crameri's go. He's a strong unit.
I agree it's a bad decision but Grimes is actually pretty quick.

I would also define Crameri as a bit of a confidence player - downhill skier type. If Tommy can freak him out enough early, he can neutralise the problem. Go Tommy

Crameri is a pretty average player, he is least of our worries. Number one objective is stopping their transition, we don't do that we get mauled. Need big games from Jones and Vince to be any chance.
Regardless of whether he's quick enough doesn't really matter, I guess Roos is planning on throwing him in the middle when he comes on because I can't see us using a bloke as a sub to play off half back.

I think the whole impact player sub is a bit over emphasised tbh.
Whilst I think a mid is generally the safest option in order to take up the slack, as long as the player in question plays well and uses their head I'm fine.
