Everyone else get their bingo on the ptsddogKenHinkleyera.gif i know I did!

More enjoyable to watch than last week. Glad i jumped on the crows at the line 2 weeks ago made it a stress easy night

Another nail in the coffin

3-5 to go

How do the commentators not even comment on that free kick?
Seriously.

He was even reported for it. So there's going to be a review and they'll find no case to answer but it changed the result of the game.

Mayes did nothing wrong and we lose 4pts because of an incorrect reading based on a player faking an injury, which btw is a reportable offence.
This shit happens way too often to us.
We can probably lay claim to anywhere from 4/5 of the worst 10 umpiring decisions in modern history.

Every club cops a few bad calls their way

Every now and then a club cops a once in a decade howler.

Port has copped literally a dozen howlers in the past 10 years.

That free kick against mayes? That alone is pretty questionable but it’s not a real howler, but to pay that free, and allow the player to fake an injury and to give the ball to a designated kicker for the kick after the siren is an absolute howler.

Who cares. Sack Ken

I’m not so sure.

We actually had shitloads out and should have one won easily and bad kicking killed us, probably all legitimate excuses.

The heat should be on the players especially our leaders
Our foot skills have really dropped off this year.
They’ve never been great under Hinkley but this is school boy level we’re now in.

So the FoxFooty team are having a chuckle about Murphy playing up the injury to his neck, Dunstall even saying that the hit was to the body, not the neck.

How is that a free kick? Doesn't that call into question the result?

Gamble Responsibly.

I mean, the jenkins "goal" didnt seem to matter lol

Anything less than an absolute shellacking of that useless bunch was just totally unacceptable from my perspective.

So a narrow win. Well, I would have likened it to a pathetic and unacceptable performance anyway.

A narrow loss isn't much worse than just scraping in for a victory tbh.

For the second week running, only a handful of players worth a mention.

Marshall - best game ever and about bloody time.
Mead - quite serviceable.
Mayes - up until that last free was ok.
Houston - ok
SPP - died out a bit but an ok game.
Lycett - broke even in ruck.
Bonner - ok.
Burton - ok.
DBJ - ball butcher every time, but at least attacked the contest and picked up touches.

The bad:
Goalkicking.
Mistakes.
Pulling up short in some contests.
Lack of composure.
Not enough defensive pressure and two way running by the midfield.
Getting sucked into one side of the ground and losing our shape too often, allowing the oppo to attack unguarded.
Too treacle slow exiting the defensive zone.
Ken joking in the pre match interview, and smiling once the siren had sounded.
