Miles or Bergman for mine BUT I'm not privy to the inside info on whose been training the house down. Cue Sam Mayes, Faz or our Oktoberfest aficionado Jack Watts

who might have more a sniff.................... or two.

Sure they maybe under-done but Ollie threw that handbook at the window on Sunday.

In a nutshell i've got no f.cking idea............. but that hasn't stopped me in the past from blurting out my thought bubbles.

Btw Ant Bear great OP for effort and wit. :)
Actually, if there’s enough rain for swimming, Jack Watts could have a day out ...

This season has shown that the Eagles are the biggest babies and bitches in the league.

Legitimately the only hub club that openly and constantly complains about having to go to a hub.
I think they are missing their resident umpires at Optus. Hard to win with so much of your team missing.

If the Gov doesnt play then i think Port win comfortably, If he does then it will be won in the midfield.

With Gov - Port by 9
Without Gov - Port by 35

Not confident on this one. Kerns record will eventually bite us, and this game has "someone had to loose in this tough competition" written all over it. West Coast has a lot of talent on ground and Simpson a good coach to mentally turn them around. To win, we need to have elite and sustained pressure. And watching Hinkley smiling and looking all relaxed on camera leads me down the garden path that he will creep back into old habits.

That said, our forward line looks dangerous and if we get selections right, injecting a first year player, it just may create the spark to get over WCE. Again, I will rely on our strategic thinkers in Monts and Schoey to get the players up for this.

I am torn between old world and new world 🤔

I don’t believe we would underestimate them, they’ve burned us to many times and Ken is expecting a response from them, he’s already said as much.
We will miss X no doubt but one player shouldn’t screw our chances if we’re any good.
Rozee, Gray, Mots and Rocky can all lift.
Still unsure about having both Rocky and Ollie in the middle works, hopefully they never line up there at the same time.
The inclusion for X will be interesting, it will probably be Mayes.

Careful. We are their bitches.

Which is why we should expect them to have had their morale buoyed by the news they won’t have to hotel quarantine when they return from Queensland.

Sheed, Shuey and Gaff to bring the kitchen sink just in time for us.

Wait until the Victoria teams get into a hub for 4 or 5 weeks.

The AFL said hubs were an inevitability, but when Dangerfield and a few other high profile Vic players said no way we are going into a hub - 20 weeks was worst case scenario, not the most likely - the AFL backed off, especially when Vicentric AFL media types said we can't have the game outside of Victoria for 20 weeks.

Justin Langer is still on the board of the WCE. He needs to go and have a chat to Simpson and a few players and officials.
