Round 4 trades

As a West Coast fan, why not Callum Sinclair or Mark LeCras? Both appear to have rock solid job security and no chances of a vest, and Naitanui is still some time away. Our draw is also soft in the next few weeks.

Sinclair is viable, but I rate Rowe slightly above him. Also worried about Lycett getting another chance. Then again... Warnock in for the blues can only hurt Rowe. Damn you ;) , might have to switch to Sinclair, will also be a nice point of difference.

As for LeCras, value pick, but I'm looking for mare cash gen at this point.

On an unrelated note, get rid of that Jack Watts avatar. I am still pissed off I kept him for another week after that Round 1 debacle.

It's a reminder to us all that he shall not enter our teams again.

So Butler, how can I improve my team? ;)

Haha I'm just kidding. FP's spot on regarding Sinclair. Rowe has constant competition for a spot in that forward line where as Sinclair will play until NN returns. Lycett is a bit of competition but just doesn't look ready yet.

It's probably a coin flip but it appears that the majority are going for Rowe. He does have a lower BE I suppose.

Also CaptScott, Warnock in the side isn't really that bad a sign for Rowe. He was never going to be the number 1 ruck in that side and Hampson is too important as a forward now. Rowe's competition is from Casboult, Mitchell etc or until Waite returns.

Damn me to hell I jumped on the Hoff bandwagon,

Even if it is only 1 week because I think he will score against GWS and make 50k. I want SJ but am using Hoff this week to get another look at SJ's knee. Looked like he got a slight knock last week and was shaking it off. Hoff is a 1 week stepping stone to watch SJ again.

With regards to trades, My cows won't be ready to offload next week anyway and Jobe needs 2 more weeks to let the 65 roll out of his average. So hopefully I can avoid injuries and have a slow trade week next week.

I've had Sinclair in and out of my side all week (I've had Rowe since the start). My comment was more alluding to our matchup this week in the league!

Still deciding whether to go the double downgrade for $$ or an up/down combo. The double downgrade basically means I forfeit our league game. Haha.

The Reserves list for the Lions weekend NEAFL team was released. Karnezis, Crisp and Polkinghorne were all named there while the other 4 bench players were not. I think its fairly safe to say that Karnezis won't be in the starting 22 this weekend, unless he comes in as a late change.

Ah yes, forgot about that. Well I want us both to do well as we need the whole league to do well. If it helps, my trades this week are more future based than immediate impact. Even with all these extra trades I think it's important to stay patient.

Double downgrade for me as well then :thumbsu:

I was going to get both Terlich and Crouch this week but the injury to Kreuzer has thrown that idea out the window. I am 100% on Terlich still (byebye Mr Plow-man) and have come to terms with missing Crouch (at least his first price rise).

My conundrum is whether to trade Kreuzer to Leuey or Lecras. Obviously Leuey leaves me with more coin and has a lower BE, but Lecras I think will be the better scorer (in the short term at least, while Leuey gets back to his late 2011 form, and I am not sure that will happen this year).

Yeah same here.. so pissed off I held onto Robbo last week instead of trading him to Westhoff which lost me 110k (Robbo down 42k, Westhoff up 68 after last round). But as long as he scores decently he will continue going up in value and if he has a shocker I'll just offload for SJ/Franklin straight away.

I realized I've probably missed the boat but would it be worth to get Jones for Whitfield? I got a feeling he will be sub this week and probably rested eventually. I see Jones playing more games and a higher average. It's either that or get Rowe for Macaffer. Can't do both though.

has jones made the selection cut?

have you got any other problems in your team that need fixing?
if you do, dont bother with that trade. but if you are lucky enough to not have any other problems with your side, i cant see whats wrong with doing that, johnno

That didn't post the way I wanted it to, but yeah. I think Jones will play and Whitfield will be sub. Purely based on talk of Whitfield being subbed/rested eventually, and Jones getting plenty of the ball.

that's an option, i'm not starting jones though

i will be starting viney crouch JOM and wines in my mid, however whitfield's 100 does come off after this price rise and jones will have this 86 for 2 weeks, so it will make you more money as well.

however you could always go rowe this week and whitfield to mayes next week
