I have that exact forward line except with SJ instead of Bartel (bringing in SJ this week). So far I'm very happy with the decision to spend extra in the forward line and not rely on a rookie to score.

Ranked around 1600th so not doing too badly.

I chose my structure based on rookie strength so I'm playing 3 back rookies on the field every week. I also don't have Ablett which I'm sure will start to hurt if I don't bring him in soon but at the moment Cotchin is doing very well as his replacement.

My trade options this week are between Kreuzer -> Lecras and then Danger to Ablett or to just go Kruezer to SJ. Would usually go with option 1 but I'm not sure about adding another midpricer to my forward line.

Reasons
1. If they recapture form they'll be keepers
2. If they dont they'll still be 400 ish easy jumo to a premium
3. Cash generation is key I'm making more by picking up crouch etc than I'm losing on these boys..

My thoughts

Consider them as your F6 or M8 focus on upgrading rookies to the point where they ARE your F6 or M8 and only then will they either be worth it at that position or ugrade them then...

Can't believe Embley will survive another week, but his B/E is 30 and despite half the WCE board calling for his head, their injury situation might save him yet. I just need another decent score from him at this point before the upgrade.
