We are going fast on the rebound but need to slow it up at times so we can move players up the field.

Couldn't agree less with this lol. We aren't gonna be a big turnover front half team with Fritsch/Brown/Petty/JVR.

Going slow from rebound is exactly what allows oppo to flood back and make it impossible to score.

Gotta absolutely go quick but change the angle of attack and stop trying to win the meters gained trophy

I didn't mean every time. Just a few passages of play could have been improved. Trac having a shot from 80 m for instance, might have been better with a squaring kick.
