Took the 119, played it safe.

I've had some 'luck' with other calls this weekend.

Due for a turn of fortune here.

Be happy if my mistake was to only take a 119 Capt score.

Selwood / Goldstein / Sloane??
Main opponent has gone Selwood so I'm thinking Sloane...

Big call... HUGE CALL.

He does go well against Geelong though. We dont have an answer for him.

Only chance is to make him accountable around the ground, Blicavs could do that, but he will still score well purely from HO to ADV

Selwood or Sloane for captain.

Which one????

Selwood has a pretty nice record against the Roos.

Depends who you think can back it up, can Selwood back up last weeks score, or can Sloane continue his form run.

People always banging on here about 'fortune favours the brave' and 'you don't win playing safe', so why not I say!

Hmmm.

Doesn't really help with my decision mate. LOL!

Yeah, they are too close. Gut (possible bias) says Selwood though.

His record speaks for itself

Scores vs. North since 2010: 148, 148, 113, 103 (Lets call this the exception that makes the rule), 140, 140, 126, 118

He is just as likely to score 140 as he is anything below.

Well Jelwood is only on 49... FML.

Sometimes it certainly does favour the brave, however I just wish I didn't change from the safe choice in Fyfe at last minute to Jelwood TBH...
