Why is the guy holding the mic trying to knock Bailey's tooth out again?

It was an iffy game, marred by my over-reaction to a substandard umpiring performance.

We got a few lucky ones .. so did they...

anyway. McCluggage was awesome, Berry shut his haters up, Neale as always great. Rayner was pretty quiet but showed some glimpses, all I want.

Big O slightly off which was annoying, and Richy lost his kicking boots for the first 3 qrtrs....

anyway, we got the points and moved on.

The question out of that I have is how good are the Pies?

If they are actually a top 8 squad, it's not a bad effort. Only challenged a couple of times after the first, but kept our heads and settled down and responded each time.

If they're not really finalists... ouch.

We've lost so many milestone games and so many big TV timeslots that I can't be mad. Bank it and move on.

Lachie huge second quarter, strong in his 200th. Daniher excellent. Clug steady. Zorko influential. Ah Chee had some huge moments. Kai had a spirited debut, good tackling.

Heaps to improve on going forward!

Yeah extreme Big Footy overreaction. It wasn't our best performance, but it was a great game of football and Collingwood absolutely brought their A game.

BF is toxic.

Really frustrating that for the 3rd week in a row we have a level of control/ are on top and we completely shut any pace out of the game and look completely out of control when we do so.

Our greatest asset is our forward half potency, why we continue to slow the game down outside of red time I do not understand. as an opposition team id say you’d be pretty happy receiving long kicks down the line after slow play.

Andrews and Gardiner could not be more shaky under a high ball, so slowing things down to set up ‘behind the play’ is a bit obsolete

A lot of terrible decisions with the ball..and off the ball with the big-mouthery and dogshots. Why is it that these games are sold out but only 32k turn up??

A gritty win which is important at this point in the year. But yeah not really good enough.

Big periods we got spanked in the middle and clearances. And our defence was a mess. Think we need to make some changes

Happy with Lohmans debut. Showed some energy and pressure. Made some mistakes but think he will improve with some game time

Feels almost like a loss.

Gardiner is lucky the AFL will give him a 2 week break. Take another couple from the lions as well.

Answerth - not seeing it at the moment. Give him the benefit of the doubt with the football he’s missed.

Andrews needs to step up. Very average start to the year.

I have no idea why people have a go at Daniher. Thank goodness we’ve got him.

We can’t keep getting dominated in the midfield and losing the clearance / inside 50 count every game. A team like Melbourne or the Bulldogs will destroy us.

Berry was immense tonight. I apologise.

Trust/cricket members. COVID - either isolation or members concerned about it. Crowds are down across the board.

They're a pretty hard side to read. Collingwood were level with Geelong until the last 3-4 mins a couple of weeks ago. They also collapsed in a heap last week against West Coast.

Can’t wait for Coleman to be available. He comes straight in for Answerth. Hipwood back into this side is going to make a big difference too. Prior, Robertson, Matho and Lester should all get another look in as the season progresses and we get the odd and to be expected injuries. A win is a win. We are only going to improve on tonight.

McCluggage massive tonight. A real four quarter effort. Darcy Gardiner hung in there too and started to draw some frees and make some good saves.

Darcy Gardiner should not play another game anytime soon. Jack Payne over him every day of the week.

Berry also should not be playing with this shoulder, too many broken tackles, get Robertson in.

Lohmann wasn't amazing but probably deserves to string a few games together.

A few other players on watch but Berry and Gardiner are the first outs I'd make.
