Freo probably thought they had this game on toast, guaranteed a win after two close losses.
We need to keep the pressure on; legs will get tired and the game will open up probably.
The boys are up for it, Shirley?

Need to add to this margin or at worst maintain it. Freo have a come back a couple times this year and won.
True, although we're less than a goal away at half time from Freo's total scores for the entire games for both round 4 and 5 (63 points). They haven't kicked over 70 points since round 2.

Ginbey leading the way with 9 of his 12 possessions being contested possessions but still going at 83.3% disposal efficiency. Also has 4 clearances and 4 intercept possessions.
Such an asset when there is pressure to be absorbed.

Dont call the west coast eagles board surely!!!

Watched the first 5 minutes and saw Yeoy’s goal then had to chase my maniac 3 year old son around the grounds of Mandalay Resort in Busselton to prevent my missus from having a nervous breakdown on a school families getaway. Finally get the young tyke under control, walk up to see the score on the big screen…ITS ****ING 52-15!

Come on you Coasters!

Going well, but looking at the stats, we can get a lot better in the 2nd half, a lot of our players are not getting much of it. Another 10% lift from them and we can win this.

Forward press executed to perfection and an opponent that completely panicked under the pressure.

Truly a sight to behold.

Waterman's late steadying goal was massive - Fremantle were starting to get some run and momentum going and it put that to bed.

+5 contested possessions at half time. Maintain that and this game becomes a certainty.

If that contested possession stat reverses, then Fremantle's superior running will start to become a real factor in the second half.

Timing of Sheed coming on as the substitute could be crucial here.

Our game day thread entitled "West Coast v Fremantle". Theirs is "Freo v Bin Chickens". Loser mentality over on that board.

Also - anyone see the footage of Reid putting Fyfe on his arse? This is kill your idols kind of stuff after the don't argue on Martin last week
