People seem to be weary of Stanton. Does his 2nd half of last year have everyone worried? I'm considering bringing him in for Fyfe, either he or Ablett. Stanton v GWS is very tempting

I would love to get stanton in, but having Swan, Pendles and Watson (all round 13 bye) already in my team, I dont think I can do it. Trading out gibbs for birchall and I want to get rid of bartel.I hope it stays that way. He's giving me some massive POD points at the moment!
GAJ and Stants would be on top of my list to get in, but as I said, the byes are now coming into calculation.
Thinking one out of cotchin, a.swallow, jpk and stevie j. tough decision.

premiums often score worse vs the expansion teams no? it's the second tier guys who really tear it up. having a rookie or midpricer play vs GWS GCS or melb is the best thing ever, but having a swan/gaj/watson/stanton type vs those teams is often not that great.

Stanton just seems a little overpriced for me. You can either go Stanton or save 30/40/50k and get Pendles/Watson/Cotchin/Swallow.
I know he's a great pick, just wish I had him earlier, not now. Just waiting for inevitable Stanton crash.

Slightly worried about team selections this wk..with all the already known backline carnage I expect there will be more suprises to come. Wouldn't shock me to see some Ess players rested and guys like Sinclair, Rowe, Dwyer etc missing out too.

Conceded the fact that frost won't play. Really wanted SJ this week but I'll have to settle for getting him next.
Pittard > Ellis. If pittard is out for more than one, I want stability. Laird's sub likelihood is high and I'm banking on ellis' good form leaves the vest off him for a little while.

Waiting for teams of course, but at the moment considering
1. Pittard > Terlich/O'Shae/Heath. Missed the boat on the big price rises but each should be good for 50k, plus reasonable JS (Terlich especially).
2. Gawn or SJ. $$$ or points...

Sweating teams is one of the most under-rated parts of DT.
I think you are going to get a lot more out of Laird then Terlich, O'Shea or Heath IMO. Yes, he has slightly less JS and vest risk, but surely its easier for Laird to get to 200k then Terlich and co to get to ~350k over the next few weeks. Just IMO.
