Round 6 Trades

Ellis, or Elvest as I like to call him is tempting, but as said high risk. For the mo I've gone Pittard>Terlich* (over Vlast/Ellis), good JS and should still make about 100k.

*CaptScott reserves right to last minute trade change as well as subsequent resulting venting

I'm really confused on what to do this week.

I need to cover for Goodes, Pittard and Gibbs. I have 2 trades (and ~$278k).

Should I look to trade Gibbs now or hold onto him?

I'm thinking of going Goodes >> Stevenson or B. Ellis, but I'm not sure which would be the better option.

i've gone with a bit of bye preparation

Went Goodes+Pittard>Birchall+Wright with Gibbs+Heppell on the bench and avoiding a duck egg. Hoping Vlastuin becomes my new Pittard equivalent setting up a backline of Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell, Birchall, Vlastuin/Stevenson/Terlich/Wright

was going to get in goddard but rumours of him being a late withdrawl has made me rethink. decided on keeping gibbs and goodes. and am now getting rid of pittard and neade for valastuin and saunders. now i am very excited about next week having over 250k to spend and all the players i want still in my team:) (still coping a donut for heppel though which couldnt be helped)

So you're happy copping a donut even though you're highly ranked(?) overall?

I posted my dilemma above ^^. I guess I care about winning my leagues than overall ranking, so if it means short-term pain (i.e. a 0 this week) for long-term gain (an extra $50k up my sleeve), that's all that counts. Ugh, decisions, decisions...

After reversing trades like 10 times settled on Hoff -> Hartlett, Gibbs -> Scotland. No zeros but not much improvement on scoring I don't think.

How did you trade Hoff to Hartlett?

depending on what i do. there is no way i can get out of getting a donut so might as well keep preparing my team for future rounds

im worried im going to miss out on birchals 150 this week... but im just going to cop a donut. cant have daw/blicavs as r2 any longer.
You'd rather cop a zero in defense and get 80-100 in the rucks than grab Birchall's likely 100+ and anywhere from a 20-70 in the rucks? I'm not sure I understand.

I'm thinking long term since I want to get on Luey while he is still cheap. I haven't done a single upgrade since I've only fixed rookies and premiums such as Zorko, Toumpas, Walker, Danger, Karnezis and stupidly traded out Goddard. And if you dont understand it, then so you should because I am an idiot and hitting reverse. In: Birchall
