Why would you not bring in Johnston to start and put Sheed sub? Is it because Sheed was sub the past 2 games? If yes, I don't agree with having a player who cannot be sub as the emergency 1 player

More so they feel Harvey isn’t quite physically ready for a full game yet and they want to manage if they can to ease him in to this level. Also, I dare say Harvey will give us a bigger spark when he comes on vs Sheed.
