Stevenson > Birch. Lock it in Eddie, and throw the bloody key in the deepest darkest fuarkkkinggg ocean this world holds.

Then either:

Wines > Priddis or Terlich > Vlastuin.
Why not Stevenson to Vlastuin? Birch has a B/E of 178 and will drop more and Terlich still has one more good price rise to go.
Wines to Priddis :thumbsu:

Wines > Lonergan
Heath > Sierakowski

Following week:

Mayes > Franklin (complete my 6 premo forwards)
Dwyer > Watson (7/8 premo mids, aim to get cotchin when he is back and drops to finish my 8/8 premo mids)

Stevenson --> S. Selwood (Vlas to def)
Griffin --> not sure (if ruck then Kreu or NicNat... if forward then Rocky or Roo).

You got Hartlett? And if so are you keeping him?
Yup got him, and yup keeping him. He is a star and will come good. He has been playing with a rib injury which he will get over soon. I know it is no excuse, but he won't be pumping out 30's like that anymore I would say, I am willing to back him. The team will put in some effort in to give him support if he gets another hard tag. He is crucial to our team winning, we got pumped last 2 weeks and they were both the weeks he was well under par.

a.k.a he can't handle a tag.

JJK. B/E of 84, he's maxed out, maybe time for an upgrade. Has he become a premo and will he end the season in the top 10 scoring forwards?
he has a pretty good run of games coming up. Most people are going to have bigger problems than him right now

I think Josh Kennedy is the least of your problems and West Coast have a fantastic draw up until the bye. I can see why you might pull the trigger in Round 12 (He shares the same bye as Bartel, SJ, NRoo, Gawn, LeCras among others) but until then the problems of

- The Portlets
- Hartlett
- Wines
- Rookies who are close to being capped (Dwyer, Neade) should be taking priority, plus who can you really bring in aside from Tom Lynch if you are looking for a medium term replacement.

My team is middling for BF standards, but JJK is like the 8th biggest problem right now

More who I was going to carry then anything else

Goodes comes into the backline from midfield, but I still have a few potential other problems in my backline (Stevenson, Pittard, Docherty) so rather then moving on Hartlett, might have to push out one of those if they dont look like getting games/points soon.

Neade to Lyons is a definite for me (assuming Pittard and Goodes both return). And then it's either Stevenson to Vlaustin or Laird (just depends on how much cash I want to generate). This is with the aim of going Heath to Thurlow, and Wines to Watson next week. Willing to sacrifice the first price rise of Hutchings or Coloquhoun and bring them in a week after for Evans, so that I can upgrade Matt Jones to another fallen mid.

Dwyer's 95 on the weekend shows he still has the potential for decent scores, and can still generate cash, so he'll be in my side until the at least the bye.

Oh, and I'm just gonna have to ride the Hartlett shit out and hope he turns it around soon. It bloody sucks, but too many other holes to fill atm.

I think i know who i'm targetting this week, last time i was secrative though i ended up icking Pavlich and that screwed me over, but we'll see.

I'm targetting one big forward with an easy run, who is actually playing well at the moment.
T Lynch? :D

I can't see that it's been mentioned yet but what are peoples thoughts on Jackson Thurlows job security?
I would say it depends on when Joel Corey comes back. THunt may be out for a while and Schroeder's average performance would probably leave Thurlow with some decent JS

I am in the same boat, might keep Hartlett. I can't afford to lose any more upgrade cash because of Grimes, Hartlett, Zorko, etc. There was an article about Hartlett dealing with a tag and how Boak confronted him about it on the AFL website.

Going Vlaustin>Stevenson I think. This means my defense looks like HH/BJ/Hepp/Birch/Goodes/Vlaust. Apart from Hartlett, I am comfortable with this since no more Port rookie spuds or Terlich. Also, it is nice to have a look at my trade options rather than auto lock on Monday because of injuries.

Hartlett -> Birchall
Stevenson -> Scotland/Ellis

I just know as soon as I trade Hartlett out he will go back to scoring 100s but Birchall & Scotland have very favourable draws for the next few weeks so trading Hartlett shouldn't backfire (somehow it will).

I'm just looking forward to having a backline of:
Birchall, Goddard, Heppell, Scotland, Vlastuin, Terlich (Pittard & Thurlow) in 2 rounds time

ive got the same problem with Maric and Franklin. Would love to sideways trade them both out for McEvoy and SJ, but im just hoping both can turn it around. Need to offload cash cows who have matured and continue upgrading the team
