I’m thinking of just absolutely just flicking the switch and having a crack at Blakley returning. He will play pure mid and priced at 91. Brilliant Bye for my team and only owned by 0.4% of teams. I know there is the “wait and see” people like, but a game at home v Richmond will be a nice reward first up. It’s either him or Guthrie in for me this week. Someone convince me! (Either way)

I rate Blakely and reckon he could be right up there, but I also reckon he is coming back from a high grade hamstring injury. Surely he takes a bit of time to get the legs up to speed? Dont know, havent seen any WAFL games, but reckon he'd need a few games to get up to speed.

AFL website says no timeline yet and just started running on grass. Have to be a fair way away. Sooooo Rocky goes in to the middle for Wines, then back down forward for Ebert? 30 possessions and 5 goals a game? It could happen. Please.
Would be thinking it's more likely Motlop comes in for Ebert, and some other mid for Rocky. Makes more sense, but who knows with Hinkley

Hmm looks like the legs are just fine if he has 31 possessions. I won't be doing it cos got other spots to fill but could see why you would.
Blakely has had 2 games in the WAFL now
2 touches in his first half of game 1, 18 touches in the second half
31 touches and a goal in the second game
Should come back in ripping nick.
For the people asking on Bewley, not sure he will get a gig for a while, Blakely back now and our injury list is only like 5 deep as of now.

What's the deal with Jack Trengove? Did he root Hinkley's daughter or something? Seems to have good number in SANFL, will they ever recall him?
Possibly this week. Wines & Ebert out, surely he gets a gig. Not exactly cheap though and if not in line for a regular spot, doesn't help us much.
I believe the common understanding across the media is that he was recruited as a "break glass in case of emergency" selection and will only play as a like for like replacement for one of Wines, Ebert, Rockliff or Boak. However, its evident form the start of the season that he won't just come in if one of them are injured, will probably only come in if at least two of them are injured simultaneously, will he get a run this week therefore?
Hinkley plays his favourites. If your on his outer circle then the whole team needs to be injured before you get a chance. Unfortunately for him, Trengove doesn’t hold one of Hinkleys golden tickets. Billy frampton is in the same boat even after multiple 4/5 goal hauls in the SANFL
Yeah the Port Adelaide forum seem furious that Frampton isn't being given a run. Same with Ladhams

If others are like me its because I am genuinely unsure of what to do. I dont have enough good money on Rooks to trade to something decent. Or it relies on knowing what to do with Constable and if he is named, is danger named, etc tec. Theres also a bit of a lack of Rookies to trade down to so its not easy this week. Will see teams and then make a call. May be even just down grade Parker to corbett and Wilkie to Answerth and use that cash the following week. I am all out of cash right now.
EDIT: Also have people like Ross who still has a bit of money to go and last week or so without Cotch, and now Drew seems to be a hold too. Just no clear Rook upgrade/downgrade except may be constable if he is out.
DOUBLE EDIT: Just had a look to see when Cotch is back and its saying three or four weeks still so Ross def a hold for me now.

Would love too see ladhams get a run at some stage and could be an excellent bench option. Had some insanely good match stats last week as a ruckman. Something like 28 disposals, 42 hitouts and 3 or 4 goals.
Looks to be a big fantasy player for the future as most games he’s going 20+ disposals too
