Tell me if this is a bad idea...

Forward line is currently Danger, Boak, Newnes, Dahlhaus, Worpel and Heeney. Happy to keep them as is for now.

To solve the Libba problem, was thinking of bringing in Telly into the midfield. Gives a nice DPP swap and allows for him to be moved into the forward line when I want to upgrade Worpel/Dahl.

Go for Telly as a mid, or go for Zerrett/Gaff/Cripps??

What's everyones opinion on Walsh? His scores having been plateauting a bit around the 80-90 mark. And his breakeven is now exceeding his averages.

Hard to believe he's now worth 600k already. Would make for an easy upgrade to a guy like Yeo (or even an uber premium)

Walsh is one of the most consistent guys in my team, he’d be the last rookie I’ll upgrade

I personally have bigger issues than a rookie averaging 95. Ill likely hold him until the byes then upgrade to whoever looks good.

Currently tempted to upgrade him to his team mate Cripps. Was thinking of Walsh & Petru to Cripps & 180K Rookie if available. But will wait and see how injuries play out throughout the week.

Libba -> Guthrie
Drew -> Sheppard

It involves quite a bit of rejigging my side. Gibbons on field in F6, Whitfield to mids, Scrimshaw to bench.

Defs: Lloyd, Sheppard, Houli, Williams, Guthrie, Hore (Scrimshaw, Lockhart)
Mids: Cripps, Whitfield, O'Meara, Cogs, Brayshaw, B Crouch, Walsh, Ross (Stack, Answerth)
Fwds: Boak, Danger, Billings, Worpel, Miers, Gibbons (Petru, Burgess)

Reasonably happy with my back line. Houli wasn't the bargain I was hoping for, but hoping he and Sheppard can bounce back. Williams and Guthrie seem to be in good form. Will look to upgrade Scrimshaw to a premo mid and push Whitfield back to defense in the next 2 weeks. Then will focus on my shitty forward line.

I thought having the option to get any midfielder I wanted was going to be easy..... bloody tough.... need help!!!

I already have Cripps, Cogs, Brayshaw, Rocky, Bcrouch

Any options for my Libba upgrade??

Gaff, Treloar, Mrouch or Taranto. Can't go wrong with any of them. Macrae is tempting but just wait for him to post a 120+ to see if he's still got it. If he posts just a single 120+ score, I'll jump on the very next week.

Feels amazing to get rid of Libba after that rubbish effort. Can get rid of Wilkie and get in Corbett and still scrape through to get Treloar in. Perfection. Leaves me with a pretty strong looking team, still a few upgrades needed obviously but not in a bad spot.

Agreed.

Even if BE = average, he will just plateau in price. Treating him like an underpriced premium (eg. BSmith, Williams, Witherden) so upgrade once full premium.
