Geelong 18 (Interesting game this one with both sides at 4-4 and desperate to stay in contention. Cats experience will be crucial)

Hawthorn 12 (Richmond will have suffer another "brave" loss)

Port Adelaide 6 (Port will gain some revenge for the embarrassment of last year, but only just)

St Kilda 6 (Think the Saints have been pretty good in recent weeks & Sydney have been... well Sydney. Tight one but sticking with the home team)

Essendon 30 (We will "rest" a few & Sheedy will pull out a few surprises but we still should win)

Collingwood 12 (Perhaps a little dangerous considering the Crows stunning form and Swan/Reid injuries but Pies love AAMI Stadium and I think this will be a challenge they will be up for, two extra days break as well)

North Melbourne 24 (North should win this one, but still far from convinced)

Carlton 48 (The Blues will predictably go from zeroes to heroes in the space of a week with an easy win over Melbourne - no "Bruise Free Footy" accusations though this time thanks)

West Coast 1 (This will be one of the better games between the two but Eagles should win narrowly)

Western Bulldogs vs. Geelong - by 16 points (33K)

Richmond vs. Hawthorn - by 8 points (67K)

Gold Coast vs. Port Adelaide - by 11 points (12K)

St Kilda vs. Sydney - by 5 points (30K)

GWS vs. Essendon - by 127 points (16K)

Adelaide vs. Collingwood - by 35 points (38K)

North Melbourne vs. Brisbane - by 12 points (16K)

Carlton vs. Melbourne - by 87 points (28K)

West Coast vs. Fremantle - by 20 points (42K)

A couple of people tipping Sydney so far, i think St Kilda will be keen to atone from the elimination final last year and they are in decent form.

Lions are a chance, not willing to tip them in Melbourne. They've had 3 big winning margins but all of them to the cellar dwellers.

Saints v. Swans is definitely a toss-up.

Well if you look at all the teams we've played the teams we've beaten we were expected to win and weren't expected to win any of our loses.

Geelong def Dogs by 27. Season is on the line already. Must win!

Hawks def Vacuum cleaners by 25. I'm refusing to get sucked in by the vacuums. They get me so easily. The suction is strong.

Port def GC by 13 surely

Sydney def StK by 6. Perth factor. Tough match.

Dons def GWS by 86

Crows def Pies by 34, crows top 2 chance.

North def BL by 18. Let's hope for Norths sake.

Carlton def Melb by 77

WCE def Freo by 20 fingers crossed.

Agreed, probably a 50/50 game.
J Brown will be looking forward to this one.
I can't help but tip North though....

Brown will be licking his lips. We will make him look like he's turned back the clock to 2004-2009 level of play. :(

Also, vale brad.

Thread should be renamed "The brad Memorial Thread of Tips and Crowd Expectations". Should also be created before the twilight game is finished every week.

Richmond-Hawthorn 65+K? Gotta be kidding. Anywhere between 50-60k would be more on the money depending on the day.

If we had beaten Essendon last night and Grimes didn't go down it would have been 65-70k.

Sadly I reckon around 55k.

There is no chance we will beat Hawthorn without Dylan Grimes to play against Buddy or Roughy.

Hawks by plenty sadly.

Bulldogs V Geelong 42pts - Cats too strong for the Dogs
Richmond V Hawthorn 15pts - Richmond will show passion & braveness but will ultimately fall short as per all season
Gold Coast V Port Adelaide 32pts - Big Bad Shultz is looking dangerous & Pearce is finding some form.
St Kilda V Sydney 15pts
Essendon V GWS 111pts - Bombers will seek % boost this will get ugly
Adelaide V Collingwood 23pts - Match of the round Crows are absolutely white hot
North Melbourne V Brisbane 63pts - breathing fire after humiliation
Carlton V Melbourne 87pts
WCE V Fremantle 65pts - Freo to get punished for attempting to defend the entire game

The GWS v. Essendon match will be the first match played at the redeveloped Sydney Showground Stadium (capacity 25,000) at Olympic Park not Blacktown.
