Round 9 tips and crowds?

It may be arrogant, but i'm not even nervous about the Crows.
Lindsay Thomas to have a day out.

First statement - yes arrogant. You might win, but it wont be a cake walk. We've just started to hit our straps and wont come over with the same attitude that we did last year.

Second statement - quite correct. hes the type of player that could have a day out against us.

What attitude was that?

LT is also capable of kicking 0.5 and laying 0 tackles.

Well last year we came over and seemed to be a bit arrogant, plus half the team had the flu (not an excuse for our shiet performance). At that point we were flying and north werent setting the world alight, they improved a lot in the 2nd half of 2012.

LT is capable of anything. He could win the game or not touch the ball...but hes the type of player that generally torches us.

Wasn't it 2 players with the sniffles? If you're not 100% don't play. Even coming in arrogant being down 6 goals to 3 at quarter time you would have flipped the switch but North won the 2nd 4 goals to 1. Adelaide tried their best and lost.

As for sunday I'd say North are 60-40 favs and anything can happen.

We fall away quickly? Have u watched our games this year? Sloane and Douglas have been our two best players by far.

North deserve to be favourites, but dont expect an easy win Norf fans because theres no doubting it will be a tough affair.

There is a noticeable talent gap between Dangerfield and Thompson and the rest. You could also say the same thing about North, Cunnington has been one of their best midfielders this year.

Oh not saying they didnt try, we werent at our best and north were, hence the result.

Agree 60-40 - infact i think i pretty much said that earlier in the thread.

Lol you really have no idea do you.
What about Richmond? Cotchin then serious daylight then deledio then the length of flemington straight!

Would have thought Adelaide are a massive chance of winning this weekend, the sentiments of North fans in this thread remind me of their attitude in the lead up to our clash last year which ultimately resulted in a Pavless Freo spanking them by 9 goals at Etihad.

To say things like "we should be kicked out of the league if we lose" seems a fair overestimation of their own team, Adelaide were a couple kicks from a GF last year ffs.

Not hugely sure you've improved.
Also regarding our forward structure...its actually looked a whole lot better without Tex. Not because Tex causes problems but because we're now unpredictable rather than going through Tex every time.
Don't kid yourself mate. This is the same rhetoric Carlton spewed for years after Fevola left and everyone is dull saying how they lack a big target up forward.

3 defeat this year by under 5pts (Hawks, Geelong & WCE)
