I like playing the Swampies. It reminds me of the S25 GF. One of the best games in the history of the universe. Anyway, enough reminiscing. It's not like it's heritage round. Some things happened during the game. Some people kicked some other people, and occasionally the ball. Pure Grunt and Phar Ace took the game far too seriously, taking 46 touches and a couple of goals between them, while DERRINALPHIL did DERRINALPHIL things, and Mooch kicked 5 goals. If the game had just been another 90 seconds longer we might have won this one. But it wasn't. And we didn't.

As predicted, Zevon and tigs2010 dragged themselves over the 1000 DT points mark. Next up, 3KZ is Football and JackNah_8.

It's split round this week. We have the bye on Saturday and the Furies on Sunday. If we had beaten the Rats, we would have locked in a finals spot. Instead we go into the final weekend needing to get a better result than the Dragons, Royals, Phoenix and Furies. Great. I think we know how this plays out. You know what to do Roys.

This week Elmer_Judd reaches the 100 game milestone and is one of the leading small forwards in the game over the past few years. With a premiership in Season 33, 2 All Sweet FA selections and a colossal impact on the field (when available for selection), Elmer_Judd has quickly become a favourite of the playing ranks and the fans at the BJO !!





With numerous club awards (such as last seasons Most Consistently Suspended), Elmer_Judd could have reached this milestone ages ago !! But we love him all the same !!

So it happened. The special weekend of two games except there was only one game. So just a normal weekend right? Not special at all. Hmm. Really the special things this week are these. Pure Grunt with 27 possies, 10 marks, 2 tackles and a goal. JackNah_8 with 23 disposals, 9 markes, 2 tackles and a goal. DERRINALPHIL 2ith 11 hitouts, 21 disposals, 3 tackles and 2 goals. Mobbs with 17 disposals, 7 marks, 3 tackles and a goal. _Mike_ with 18 disposals, 5 marks, 1 tackle and 3 goals. Gee that sounds like a good bunch of performances. I haven't checked the results yet but surely all those great performances would lead to a win right?

Some beautiful sights in that table. DERRINALPHIL , 3KZ is Football , JackNah_8 , Pure Grunt , tigs2010 , Zevon ..... in fact everyone deserves a mention here but that's way above my pay grade tagging limit. All of you can take a bow on a bunch of great performances this year (with a couple of less than average ones) but unfortunately the sim wouldn't let us out of the regular season into finals.

But I want to send a personal thank you to all of you for your efforts this season

So now we head to Mad Monday. I knew the sim would screw us over so I already got my costume lined up.

So here we are. For the final time - posting stats. This week was a really weird one and I think the double game / single game / bye whatever the **** that was this weekend confused some of us. Let's be fair, it's easily done. But 12 hardy souls (fools?) still turned up. But still, good engagement across the season with everybody getting involved at some point.
