Oh look, our home ground was listed incorrectly.

After trailing by 5 kicks at the main break, a twelve goal to two second half saw us swamp the Furies, with the scoring shared widely and leather poisoning contracted by Fred. Carn the Roys! laid 12 tackles and notched up 28 possessions. 3kzisfootball used the ball 26 times, as did royboy2 (also 11 marks). This was reminiscent of Fitzroy v Melbourne, Rd 18, 1989. In a poor season, this was one out of the box for us!

Wow, final quarter fade-out. Never known that to happen! shiva25 our only multiple goalscorer in a low-scoring, scrappy game. Not one of our players managed double-figures possessions Roylion gave away 7 frees though which is pretty cool. Fat Pizza was still pwning the ruck even way back then.

Hehe Dicky Fitzwell, actually there are two Noel Mugavin -named users floating around Bigfooty, one spelled slightly different, or without the space. I could never remember which one was our Fantasy Footy player and kept messaging the wrong one NoelMugavin Noel Mugavin

I wish we still had players like Roy Fitzlion playing for us. He was a gun, look at those goals.
