They used one when they joined in 1967, I think it's a nice subtle change from their regular jersey without going too far over the top like they consistently did in the early 2000s.

Actually, home can only change after 3 seasons, away after 2, any extras can change every year. Teams are allowed a certain number of one-offs per season, though.

Do they have to Americanise everything? There’s 3 leagues called “Major League ____” now. They ****ed with soccer so much, can their country not handle anything without their own spin on it? Whats the bet they’ll change about 15 rules so that they don’t get bored with it.

Not sure it was a good idea to even include the word 'league'. That is surely going to confuse a lot of people.

Well they did rebrand from the former name which was the USARL. Before that it was the AMNRL. So you see the correlation between the Australian counterparts.
I think the British Blades division is supplying their uniforms.

I like the nod to the four teams he has played for and really considering this is a gradient jersey with one indigenous sleeve they have done well. I feel like there could have been a better way of incorporating the designs but overall they achieved their aim in the least offensive manner.
