The jury's verdict of 'not guilty' for the death of Russell does not necessarily mean they didn't 'believe' he was murdered and died first.

They found not guilty of murder. Perhaps they would have found guilty of manslaughter if it was a possibility.

True.
But Dann is just doing his job.
On a common sense level the story is absolute bullshit.
But that's the law doesn't matter what anyone thinks it's what can be proven factually. And honestly.
By protecting that right it protects yours mine and everyone else's .
Because in that 1 in 100 chance you me or anyone else might be wrong . And you me or anyone else could be in the dock. And it's not like government or authority has ever gotten things wrong.

All true.

I also believe the not guilty/guilty verdict does follow evidence in terms of RH dying in an altercation between GL/RH (both defense & prosecution agree on a confrontation because there is no link between the two parties) then GL turning the gun on CC because she was a witness, murdering her callously.

Either way, the prosecution were afforded the opportunity of a mistrial, declined and lost. Hopefully all attempts at an appeal don't go further than lodgement, the families involved just want to get on with their lives now and should be left in peace.

There is no evidence as to how Hill died, so nobody could say whether Lynn was involved in his death

If they hadn't found the slug with Clay's DNA on it or the samples from under the canopy, Lynn would have been aquitted of being involved in her death too

Doubt if the charge would have got through Commital in that case
