This could be a massacre! The Las Vegas Bears, despite a round 7 hiccup, returned to form by thumping the third-placed Royals last week, and sit two games plus percentage clear on top of the ladder, while the Geelong Wolves are struggling for leadership with Quivorir still serving his suspension, and prop up the ladder courtesy of penalty points.
The Bears have a host of players in terrific form, led by co-captain Dingster and full-forward brahj, and are getting great contributions from their rookies as well. The Wolves, on the other hand, have suffered from off-season departures and have been best served by their new ruckman GWBogan.
Key Matchups: DemonJim v GWBogan – Wily veteran tackles enthusiastic youngster
kane249 v Hatchy1992 – wingers likely to shake hands before the first siren then not see each other for the remainder. Who can be more damaging?
Quivorir v brahj - facing his ex-teammates as Captain for the first time
Tip: Las Vegas winning streak to continue. Bears by 60 points
Captains to post teams before 11.59pm on Thursday in a post that must contain the words Official Team Sheet
