Maybe the best reward for all including Headless would to be promoted to INT#1. You can still crack jokes, he can still be a IMPACT player and most importantly huge recognition after a INT#2 ALL-SFA to move up from INT#2 to INT#1

Just maybe the same principal will work for me next season from rover to ruck rover
