There are positives and negatives.

I'm not sure he's ready, and I'm not sure winning a 2 team league is that great a qualification, considering the money he had thrown at him by the owners. So, I worry that if things get any tougher than what they are, can he handle it? Wouldn't want him to slip up, hehehe.....



BUT

he is a Klopp disciple, which means a 433 narrow, which I like. A narrow front three means that Watkins and Ings CAN work. And I'm a fan of the gegenpress style defence. The issue with gegenpress is that it means your front 3 have to really work, and I fear for Bailey and Traore in this sense. It also means it's harder to play Dougie and SuperJohn in the same side.

Interesting. If they stick with him for 3 seasons, if they have patience, I think it can work.

Why'd they get rid of their manager Dean Smith or whatever his name was?
